Calming Pet Treats - Duck - 90 Count

All but one of my dogs seem to love the flavor of these so they think they're getting aa treat. I like that FINALLY there is a supplement that actually works and that my dogs will readily take without a fuss. I raise Terriers so they can be a bit high strung at times and all of them are noticeably calmer about 15-30 minutes after taking these. Usually "bedtime" consists of me trying to sleep while they try to play. This gets them all relaxed and ready for bed. I have also notice a HUGE improvement in separation anxiety with these.

These are great! After trying many treats to help soothe our puppies separation anxiety, these have been the most effective!

I bought these after seeing how the fireworks on the 4th affected our 2 dogs. One dog was shaking uncontrollably and couldn't get comfortable the whole night. He also hid under beds. We have a second holiday in July in our state in which fireworks are used so I bought these to see if they would help and they did! I gave him the recommended dose for his weight about an hour before sunset. He still noticed the fireworks but he didn't shake nearly as much and didn't hide. We did have a little more noise and activity going on in the house on this night, too, so that could have been part of it but I will absolutely use these again. We don't need these daily, just when we know he'll be in situations in which he will get nervous. I'm looking forward to trying it out on him when we have guests over.The best by date is 11/2021 but now that I've opened the container I'm going to vacuum seal about 2/3rd's of these to keep them fresh and less exposed to contamination as we don't plan to use them daily. If I had any criticism it would be the way these are packed for the occasional user. There may be a vendor that has these in individually wrapped doses but I didn't look for that when I made the initial purchase. That's not a real problem though and others may have a better idea of how to store these.

Our rescue dog is a Belgian Mallinois mix who is extremely hyper and nervous at any loud noise. I have spent SO much money on tinctures ($80 per vial), treats ($45 a bag) from different manufacturers. We even had him on prescribed anti depressants. My friend who runs a dog adoption operation out of her home told me about these treats. For us, they are a miracle treat. At 65 lbs we started him with 2 treats, but that made him too mellow for a normal day. At first he was a little averse to the taste, but now he eats them like they are candy. We just give him 1 to 1 1/2 per, and he's fine - acts like himself, but less edgy. No weird after effects. We're very happy to have found something that helps our dog with his nerves!!
